It depends on where you are. Orders can take 5-7 business days to arrive, but most will arrive in 2-3 business days. (Some items vary.)

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners.

Most orders qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout to orders under $150. We run discounts and promotions all year, sign up for our news letter if you don't want to miss out.

No, currently we only ship in the US.

All requests for cancellations of orders must be confirmed and may be cancelled only prior to shipment. Hurry, we usually ship on the same day.

Items purchased within the last 30 days, in new condition, and in the original packaging can be returned for a 75% refund, just cover the shipping. If you are needing to return or exchange an item, send us a message and we will be happy to help you.

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you immediately. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Normal lead times are 4-6 weeks after placing order.
